Engineering Approach & Build

Designed to champion green smart city initiatives, SREW delivered an integrated Construction and Demolition (C&D) waste recycling plant. This system incorporates inline powerful magnetic separators to retrieve reinforcement steel, a heavy-duty trommel drum classifier to separate light soil, a robust jaw crusher to recycle concrete waste, and a custom LPG-fired SREW Sand Dryer to produce dry manufactured sand for bricks and dry-mix plaster.

Project Performance & Outcome

Successfully converted municipal debris into usable construction aggregates and sand. The addition of the LPG sand dryer allowed the client to supply premium dry-mix packaging firms in Hyderabad, achieving circular economy sustainability.
