200 TPH Crushing & Screening Plant
West Bengal, India | Year of Delivery: 2020
Engineering Approach & Build
S R ENGG WORKS designed and commissioned a robust 200 TPH two-stage plant layout engineered specifically for space constraints. Deployed in a compact 3-acre layout, SREW configured a high-capacity grease-lubricated Jaw Crusher for heavy primary breaking, followed by a high-efficiency secondary Cone Crusher to shape aggregate materials to high density. Maintenance operations are streamlined using SREW integrated high-clearance steel walkways and modular vibration screen decks.
Plant Engineering Material Flow Process
Feed Hopper
Receives raw mountain basalt feed up to 500mm size.
Jaw Crusher
